Leveraging Data to Reach Sustainability Goals

LGIM aims to build a better future by making a societal and environmental impact, which is why they have pledged to achieve Net Zero Carbon emissions by 2030. In order to achieve this goal, they have leveraged ility’s integrations with MRI and Deepki to present real-time leasing and energy consumption data. This data is presented in an actionable format that enables occupiers to monitor their consumption on a unit and property level and actively participate in achieving net zero goals.

LGIM realizes they need occupier support in order to achieve net zero which is why they’ve gone a step further to engage with occupiers on their sustainability data. Through utilizing ility’s integration with Tidio, ESG agents can live chat with occupiers about their data and provide support along the way.

LGIM utilizes ility’s real time insights in order to observe customer behavior and act on it.
